We are still waiting to close on our home and have not been given a closing date yet. We understand there have been delays in regards to supply management, however, our builder has been constantly making their own mistakes that are delaying the home. We paid extra for an entertainment package in our master bedroom that has not been fixed when reported to the manager back in December 2021. Shower tile was delivered March 5 and should have been completed by March 7. The shower tile received was wrong in size, color, and material for one bathroom. The shower tile for another bathroom did not show great craftsmanship and was missing a component that we upgraded for. We reported these mistakes immediately, and as of currently, the tile has not been replaced.
This issue was addressed and minimal repairs were done just days before I closed. Within days of the "repairs" several of the planks started to lift again. After closing, I noticed several other issues in the home so I began to compose a list. I am not able to get water/trash services due to an issue with a failed inspection that nobody can explain. My dishwasher does not work at all, I have ants, the list goes on.
